“Awful I haven’t even received my parcel when it says it’s been delivered and I’ve been trying to contact Justmylook via email and live chat and have had no response since the 6th of December 2025. I constantly get spam emails from Justmylook asking me to buy more but can’t even get a reply back 10 days ago.”

“Extremely slow delivery. Ordered over 3 weeks ago and was only delivered today. It was only being shipped to Ireland. Customer service very poor it’s just an AI generated response. It gave the wrong shipping number also so couldn’t even track it. Would not order again and would definitely not recommend ordering from them to anyone. There is much cheaper website out there that have quicker delivery”

“This is the second email they have sent asking me to review my order! Well, if you could find the time to respond to my complaint regarding the leaking bottle of perfume and how to return the item instead of asking for repeated reviews, then maybe I could write a good review. The perfume arrived leaking into the box. It cost over £80 and is a Christmas present for my granddaughter. You are delaying the process of me returning this and not replying to my emails - therefore you have ruined my granddaughter’s present!!! Not everyone can afford to purchase another bottle at that price and why should we when it is delivered damaged. Absolute disgrace customer care! You really only care about your profits and reviews. I won’t be getting this resolved before Christmas so thank you for ruining her present. You are just money grabbing. Let’s hope my bank can help me because you clearly are not going to. DO NOT purchase from this company unless you are happy being disappointed.”
