“The fragrance arrived damaged, and the after-sales customer service from Justmylook has been extremely poor. Despite numerous emails, there has been no resolution. There is no contact number—only email—and although they claim a 24-hour response time, this is simply untrue. Responses appear to be AI-generated acknowledgements, followed by days of silence. The whole experience has been very frustrating and disappointing.”

“I bought a gift set from here and it came damaged. The 10ml perfume bottle was opened and spilled all over the inside the packaging. I tried contacting customer service for the past week to resolve the issue with no avail. I bought it as a Christmas present and now there’s not enough time to send it back for a replacement or buy a new one. Really bad customer service and will not be paying from them again!”

“Have given an 'acceptable' rating only because of poor communication. I ordered 2 items in separate orders on the same day. One order was completed and I received the item within a few days. The second order, for some perfume, was a different matter; I became aware of its cancellation only because PayPal notified me of a refund to my account. There was no direct message from Justmylook itself. I presumed the item was out of stock so went to the website to check if a different size bottle was available- only to find that my preferred size was still available but had significantly increased in price. I would have appreciated a message from Justmylook to explain why my order hadn't progressed - even if it was to express apologies that the price had coincidentally increased at the same time as I'd hit the "add to basket" button.”

“Very poor service and would rate way lower if possible. This website is a scam!! Ordered some perfumes considering the price and thought I'd be making a great deal. The parcel never arrived, although it says it's been delivered. Customer service is pretty much non existent as there is not a soul that would answer any queries. So I am now left with my money taken and no items received.”

“I came across Justmylook by chance after browsing for prices on mens perfume. The best price I could find and now I know that Justmylook is a few buttonpushing mins away I shall be sure to shop here again. Delivery was as expected and on time. Good first shopping experience.”

“I'm not having a good experience. The product arrived almost two weeks late and was defective, and now I need to return it, and to do so I have to send photos and videos of a product that arrived defective, as if I had to prove it. I do not recommend it.”
