“Great prices great communication. My only problem is they use FedEx not a reliable delivery company time wise. So leave plenty of time for delivery to Ireland but delighted with my products”

“I ordered two items as Christmas presents. Only one item was delivered today. I contacted support and I was asked to check the packaging incase I had misplaced at 3 piece gift set box. I am awaiting a response from the escalation team. It’s very disappointing I won’t have this present for a family member.”

“Shockingly bad customer service and non delivery of my gift has lead me to believe this company must be a acam set up. Having taken my money and not delivered my goods, they continue to ignore my multiple requests for help. All I receive from them is AI generated reply's blaming Royal Mail, who's tracking system shows they have not received my item, it's clear to me the are not bothered and are happy just to take my money and run. I am shocked and disgusted by this company; only spend what you can afford to lose if you choose to buy from the!”

“Can always easily find what I am looking for and the prices are amazing. I purchased Revolution branded products and they are cheaper than they are on Revolution's own website....brilliant! My order arrived really quickly...as they always do...and was packaged well...as they always are. Would definitely recommend Just My Look to anyone.”

“Very poor service, pump broken on shampoo and conditioner bottles. Asked for replacement pumps, provided pictures of the damaged pumps. Emails back and forth then an offer of 10% off my next order. I don’t want any discount off another order, I WANT THE ITEMS I PAID FOR TO WORK !!!! Will never use this company again.”

“Don’t bother. Sent incorrect item TWICE and then asked to wait while they figure out what had gone wrong in their warehouse. As if I care! I have spent nearly £200 and just want the item or a refund. Still waiting for this to be processed since paying on 3 Dec and now 19 Dec. Avoid the company and don’t pay them your money. Absolutely awful.”

“Website completely misleading promising same day dispatch and 48 hours delivery. Pathetic customer service and also rude as the responses were complete lies stating delays were flagged. Not true. They even blamed Royal Mail who did not receive my parcel until five days after ordering. Salt on wound Royal mail delivered it to a house 4 miles away but justmylook response and support to this was useless.”
