“regular customer & always recommend people to the website. had an issue with an aftershave i have recieved it’s come with a missing top & half empty! emailed to complain and basically being fobbed off saying it’s definitely brand new & unused etc. customer service Rosei is shocking with responses. i have pictures to prove it’s missing a lid as it’s silver on the website & the one i have received is black but apparently ‘ images on our website are for illustration purposes only and the colour of the automizer can vary’ - makes no sense! definitely half empty as i can shake the bottle and feel it but i’ve also been told it’s an areosol even though it’s an aftershave!”

“I only have one complaint and it has to do with your automated system. It turns out you have a cellphone for me, which I must have provided long ago when my own was out of order. That number is not mine but it can't be seen or updated on my profile. I have tried with your (robotic) chat, which sent me to your site messaging service and then to an email, all robotic, and I had to insert all my information EVERY TIME. I finally got a human reply, telling me they had updated my phone number. But the next time I made a purchase I could only pay by reporting a code you sent AGAIN to the wrong phone number (which belongs to a family member who I have to inconvenience every time and might not always be available!!!). After a couple of messages the human agent told me ¨Apologies, it seems the number is being auto populated vis Shop Pay. Unfortunately this is not something we have any control over¨. (!!!) When I asked her to escalate this issue I was told to ¨please send over an email FAO a manager and this will be passed over for you.¨ I am fed up of dealing with this and wasting my time so I gather I won't be able to buy from you until it is sorted out. You might want to check your system though, I might not be the only disgruntled customer.”

“I purchased color wow dream cocktail which I received with a faulty pump which didn’t work, messaged them about it with a clear video showing problem took 5 days to ask me to return & when received they would send out a replacement not good customer service”

“Product was as described however website stated free next day delivery if ordered by 6pm. I ordered 4pm Monday and parcel finally arrived Friday. Not helpful if you require the product immediately.”

“I was sold an old Bioderma product. Checked on Freshcheck.com and it was 3 years, 5 months and 21 days out of date. I forwarded the reply I received from Bioderma UK and Justmylook expected me to return the product to them. Just a hassle as I have to find suitable packaging and drop off at the Post Office. I won't be purchasing from them again.”

“I bought from JustmyLook to avoid using Amazon. The products and service were very good. But such a shame about the huge amount of plastic that my tiny products were wrapped in for delivery. It would be 5 out of 5 if you could reduce packaging and ditch the plastic. Thanks.”

“Product was ok, not the best spray for an aftershave. On the website it said order within 3 hours or so for next day delivery. So I brought the item and after about 2 emails chasing up my purchase it arrived 4 days late.”

“Products arrived really well packaged and safe BUT - one item was missing. They wanted a photo of the items I HAD received - strange. I felt as if they didn't trust me! They should have a checker to ensure all items are inlcuded. I did get the refund but I actually wanted the product and it was a bit of a let down. I hope they will check the items going into the package when sending should I order from them again.”

“For some reason my order was sent to an address 30 minutes from where I live. I did drive to this address and the property owner found the parcel over their gate. I was lucky. I have absolutely no idea how my order was not sent to me. The address was in the confirmation and I contacted your customer services numerous times and was told over a week after I placed the order that there was nothing you could do!”

“1st order Iv made with this company and it will be my last, after receiving wrong product I was asked to return it which I did immediately now still waiting for the product I ordered. This has taken weeks to resolve the Birthday I bought it for has long passed. How long does it take to send a bottle of perfume out for heaven sake, since I returned the wrong product I have heard nothing, terrible service.”
