The worst experience I have had to endure by any company. I ordered items which I never received only to be told that I will not receive a refund or a re order! I was told Royal Mail had advised of delivery. Royal Mail delivery never delivered to me as I was not home and instead dumped my items in full view for anyone to take. Justmylook took weeks to respond to my many emails and have said they will investigate over 4-6weeks!! Definitely not using this company again!!!

Hello, As your order is marked as delivered, we have raised a case with Royal Mail, who will investigate your parcels journey throughout their mailing system, cross-referencing with GPS tracking, and interviewing staff who handled your parcel. This process and relay of the outcome of this investigation can take up to 2-3 weeks, during which we are unfortunately unable to issue a replacement/refund as your order is currently flagged as delivered successfully by Royal Mail. We will provide an update when we hear from Royal Mail, and can act accordingly based on the outcome. Worse company ever. I would not recommend them at all. I can see many good reviews from people for them but I assume that's when everything has gone right with their order. God forbid you have an issue and you have to deal with these jokers than good luck getting it resolved. I've had to go through PayPal to get resolved/money back

Did not receive my goods as first line of address missing from details. They did not want to help nor reach out to Royal Mail to resolve on my behalf. Their customer service is shocking. Stay away

Will no longer use this service as it is unreliable. It does seem as though your staff are getting freebies and not sending out all items but using excessive packaging ie 3 metres for a mascara and body scrub so that it can leave out the more expensive item for themselves. I cannot think of any other reason for not receiving all my items when the packaging was fully intact and not damaged.

The good, item was as described and arrived on time. The bad shipping times on website are misleading if ordering close to a weekend (meaning my package was left against a fence in the rain all day, instead of being sent to my work address. Customer service is quite frankly terrible, taking ages to communicate with you, leaving short terse answers and then just ignoring you if you don't agree with that they say (Thanks Cory). This occurred on multiple occasions in conversation with their customer service. I would honestly avoid them unless the discount is significant.
