I ordered a Matrix shampoo and conditioner but received TWO SHAMPOOS. I didn't notice their mistake when I put the 2 bottles in the shower but it certainly came to light when when the first person to use them said. Crazy mistake but what was worse was their customer aftercare which is non existent. Basically saying they will look into it and then asking me to rate their aftercare🤪 I have now bought the conditioner from another company and will not be ordering from Just My Look again.

Sent wrong item asked me to send it back and they would then send me what I ordered refunded me and never sent what I ordered never purchase again

Received a faulty product, nothing but hard work despite the foils flying off and cutting my face. Slow, difficult to deal with and still awaiting a refund. Ok if you are buying a product you know but I’d still rather spend money elsewhere. If anything goes wrong with electric products they are terrible.

Rubbish website. They have sent me incomplete set. I have raised the issue with them but it’s been 2 weeks they haven’t sorted.

I have very bad experience shopping with you i was waiting for my product about 15 days but it’s seems spam thanks to my bank which refund my money back . I didn’t receive my order from you and didn’t refund my money back . Anyway i will not do shopping from this app in future. It’s happened first time with me very disappointed 👎🏼

I was disappointed with this site. The wrong product arrived & I contacted the customer service department. They requested I send back the product. Unfortunately this didn’t suit me. I asked them to reimburse the difference in product to me, but they were unable to do so. I decided to keep the inferior product at the higher price

Terrible customer service and a complete disregard for consumer rights. I purchased a product that arrived faulty the lid fell off the bottle during normal use, which should never happen. I contacted the company with photo evidence and requested a replacement, only to be met with repeated refusals because the item had been opened. For clarity: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, whether it’s been opened or not. Despite me clearly explaining this, the company refused to offer an exchange, refund, or any resolution whatsoever. I’ve now had to escalate this via Trading Standards and my payment provider. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company, as they do not stand by their products or respect basic consumer protection laws. Disappointing and unprofessional.

My first & last order , only ordered 2 items , they sent the wrong item , now trying to return it with Royal Mail as advised , then being told I won’t get the item I ordered , until they receive the wrong item they sent out , their mistake , me having to wait , just not worth all the messing around time wasting with this company why should the customer have to arrange the postage the collection from Royal Mail , then have to wait again for the order they placed correctly in the first place , definitely wouldn’t order again from these

In my previous review, which you seem to have not noticed, I described the jar of cold cream I bought from Justmylook as being so completely useless that I binned it. Far from being a cream it was merely a liquid and dripped off my fingers then ran down my arm when I lifted my hand to my face. It dripped all over me, ran down my neck and seeped into my eyes, even though they were closed. I will not be buying anything from you again. This is the second time you have pestered me for a review. I suspect you will now wish that you hadn't!

Waited nearly 2 weeks for items to be delivered. Once I did receive my order, only one of the items arrived. Unfortunately a refund was only issued for one item as apparently they were unable to refund the items that were supposedly shipped.

Product very good. Delivery very very poor. Left at a post office a 12 mile return journey away. DHL local. There is a post office in Lymington a short walk away.

Ordered on 7th May, delivery was prompt however received something totally different from what I ordered. Contacted customer service who told me I had to return the item before they would send out the original item I ordered. Processed the return for collection via Royal Mail no label required option only for yeh post man to refuse to collect it as it didn’t have a label. It’s now 20th May and i still don’t have the item I actually bought.

It’s not 48hr delivery, zero customer service, no assistance, refuse to refund when they don’t send it out, finally arrives out of date. Tan creams should be used within 3yrs of production date (1yr from opening) creams dated 2013, waste of money

I wasn't happy about item I bought. It seemed like I got fake fragrance. I tried to sort it out with them. But the customer service has been responding only once a day via email, and each time it was someone else. I got to the point where I gave up. I'm not using it anymore and I'm not recommending it.

The products are ok i was using them before and I like them but delivery was a complete disaster. I was supposed to receive the products the next and I took them after 5 days from the post office because I chose at the end to colect them. Every day the royal mail send me the message that the tried to deliver my parcel but no one was home and I was at home everyday. I am very disappointed because the products were supposed to be a gift but I ended buying other because they didn't arrived in time. If the delivery service will not improve I will never buy again from this site.

Wouldn't recommend this company. Will never use them again. I put a discount code in to see how much an item would be and the next thing I know I've an order confirmation saying order has been placed. It didn't even take me to the delivery address part and as I hadn't ordered from this website in a long time it had an old address set up. !! I immediately made contact with the company to advise of this issue with the website placing the order when I just put a discount code in and advised the order needed to be cancelled . I emailed and went onto the online chat service however no one got back to me for over a week !! And by this time they had sent my order out . Customer service is really bad. U can't communicate with a human being just get automated responses. If a company is willing to take orders they should be willing to offer customer service along with it.
