Appalling service returned order but because the plastic bag had been opened they wouldn't refund as apparently a plastic bag is a hygiene cover would not buy anything again

I was sent the incorrect item which I emailed about but this was not acknowledged I did the online chat which was a robotic chat and I was told an agent would be with me shortly,this did not happen. I returned the item as I read this on the website which was picked up by Royal Mail with 48 hour tracked and insured service when I finally got a reply from an online message I was told that once they received the wrongly sent product they would advise what to do no offer to send the item I purchased. I therefore asked them to sent my correct order or refund me they then refunded me but there was no customer service from them and I would not use his company again.

After over one week from date of order, the incorrect product arrived. I emailed customer service, sent a photo, and recieved one response asking for evidence, which I sent, then no response to my further 3 emails. Really appalling service, and theft. I ordered medicube x 2 and got Elizabeth Arden x 1

I mistakenly purchased a perfume and it happens to be after shave and l returned immediately and because they don’t want to return my money it was sent back to me am a woman l don’t use after shave and this is not a good customer relations meaning you are just not care about your customer only your own self interest pls if buy any here and thinking you can return it not as easily as was stated after all perfume l bought from there complain there not a good quality their all low quality not originals because l bought other different thinking is original but not last atall not advised to to waste your funds

I recently purchased a perfume from Justmylook and, by mistake, a duplicate order went through. I don’t recall placing two orders, but since my card details were already stored on their website, I was charged twice. I contacted customer service immediately when unexpectedly I received 2 items. I explained the situation and requested a refund. Unfortunately, they refused to acknowledge the error and told me I would have to pay to return the second item—at my own cost—which amounts to around 25% of the product price. This has been a disappointing and frustrating experience, particularly as I have been a regular customer in the past. It’s a shame, as this level of customer service makes me reluctant to shop with them again.

🚨 Consumer Warning: JustMyLook.co.uk 🚨 I want to alert fellow shoppers about my unacceptable experience with JustMyLook: My order was delayed by over a week. When the parcel finally arrived, it was damaged and incomplete. The ROM&ND Better Than Palette 08 Peach Dahlia Garden (which I paid for in full) was missing. I provided photographs as requested and formally requested a refund. Instead of complying with their legal obligation under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, JustMyLook offered me only a 10% discount on a future order – which is wholly inadequate. Since then, I have been repeatedly ignored or asked for the same information I already supplied. 👉 Retailers are legally responsible for ensuring goods are delivered in full, not the courier. 👉 If an item is not supplied, the consumer is entitled to a full refund – no excuses. This is now being escalated to Trading Standards, Citizens Advice, and my payment provider for recovery. In the meantime, I am sharing my experience publicly to warn others about JustMyLook’s practices. I strongly urge anyone considering shopping with them to be aware of these risks.

Was brought a shaver for my birthday which on arrival i took out of the box to look at my purchase i soon realised it was not what I needed so I put it back into the box to return it a week later I had a email saying that they were not going to refund me because a twist tie was missing from the charger and it was a hygiene issue the twist tie was on the charger but as i told them it may have moved when I was repacking it to send it back i did not even turn the shaver on as I new straight away that it was not what I needed so I think that they have been very unfair to me and for that reason I would advise people to stay well clear of this company at all costs not trust worthy on the plus side I did get my money back as I sold it to my barber so I will now be getting the shaver that I need for my birthday but not from Justmylook Charles Matthews.

Hello, As your order is marked as delivered, we have raised a case with Royal Mail, who will investigate your parcels journey throughout their mailing system, cross-referencing with GPS tracking, and interviewing staff who handled your parcel. This process and relay of the outcome of this investigation can take up to 2-3 weeks, during which we are unfortunately unable to issue a replacement/refund as your order is currently flagged as delivered successfully by Royal Mail. Very disappointed with this purchase. The clipper arrived with blunt blades straight out of the box, making it completely unfit for purpose. It does not perform anywhere near what is advertised on the website, and I have serious concerns it may even be a counterfeit product given the poor quality. Customer service was unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue, despite clear evidence and my legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act. I would not recommend buying from this company — poor product, poor service, and a complete waste of money.

Avoid!! Returned a hairdryer that I couldn’t get the nozzle on and asked for a refund. After testing the hairdryer they said there was not a fault so returned it to me. After myself & my husband pushing twisting over & and over again it finally went on. I only use the nozzle for last part of drying so will have to go through this every time I use. Useless to me the same as customer service. Make sure you have muscles if you purchase

I got my order wrong, one of the items was incorrect. I was then made to deal with returning the incorrect item and wait to be sent the correct item. However when the new item arrived was incorrect again so really disappointed and not going to order again. I was told to return the item a second time to be sent the correct item again. Don't want to deal with this a third time and not get the correct item so I just left it at that. Will be doing my shopping elsewhere where the customers are valued and not made to return items themselves when it wasnt my mistake.

Took a week before delivery due which was supposed to be 48 hours. Then said delivered on 7th August. No delivery attempted. Tracking says still in blaydon depot. Asked for money back and have had to send three emails with same info him back from holidayvand no longer need the sunscreen! Still no items. Avoid. Complete scammers
