“They didn't want to return my item which was in perfect condition because of their so called hygiene rules but it was untouched, only the boz was opened delicately, poor customer service would not recommend at all”

“I am a regular customer and i am shocked by the customer service.. I made expensive order and ine expensive item was missing, i let tge customer service know right away and i been told the parcel left in full but thet can't prove it! I am left with no item no money and i am disappointed how they treated me like i am a thief! Its been reported to PayPal! I will never use thus website, scams!”

“i went to your site because ye had my favourite sunscreen on sale then i bought 3 more items to get free delivery and as usual the 3 items came that i really didn’t want , and my sunscreen was out of stock surprise surprise”

“FAKE PRODUCT Order at your own risk. Received my order only to find out it is a fake revitalash product (Revitalash confirmed to me by email and posted on their official website that Justmylook is not an authorised seller despite what they claimed in their product description, which is misleading and scammy, and customer service cannot prove that the product is genuine, or offer any solution. Defintiely DO NOT buy from them On top of that, Late dispatch and chat bot email customer service. NOT reccommended”

“WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXISTING ON THE MARKET!! HAVING HAD TWO PRODUCTS ORDERED ON 15th April received ONE WRONG OUT OF TWO ,SECOND IN AN UNSEALED CONTAINER after a week. “Totally disappointed, its the first time l've used justmylook. I purchased some Eau de toilette at a really good price. I thought it was too good to be true, the fragrance just isn't as potent as it should be. Sure, there's a hint of it, but there's an alcohol smell to it also, and it doesn't last long on the skin. In my opinion this is old stock, way past it's best for sure. I won't be making any further purchases from these.”

“I ordered a few products delivery was super quick but the item was leaking the bottle split. I emailed they didn’t respond straight away I had no option but to bin the item but I have been refused a replacement nor refund or even a gift voucher. CUSTOMER SERVICE -5⭐️”
