Missing one item, asked for them to send item they refused, asked for refund they refused. Absolutely terrible customer service and terrible company, thankfully the item was only worth £10 so haven’t lost out on much

I ordered a birthday gift for my friend. Royal Mail did not deliver the item even though I was home the whole day, to my address and their proof of delivery just showed the label not where they left the package. that means the courier may have stolen the package. I reached out to justmylook and they haven’t resolved it. They told me they’ll contact Royal Mail but that doesn’t guarantee whether I’ll get a refund or replacement. Please don’t by from them if you can help it because there’s no protection for their customers.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed – Refused Return Despite Unused Product I recently bought a hair curler from Justmylook, but when I tried to return it, they refused because the hygiene seal was opened — even though the item was unused and in perfect condition. I understand hygiene policies, but most reputable companies offer a refund within the return window, especially when the product hasn’t been used. There was no flexibility or consideration, and I found the customer service unhelpful and dismissive. I won’t be shopping with Justmylook again and would advise others to be cautious — especially if you think you might need to return something. Poor experience overall.

I ordered several items from justmylook! One of my skin care products did not have a safety seal thus leaked and I never use a product without a safety seal! The company still needs a damaged leaking item returned back to them which makes me question whether they will resell this item. I just felt like the level of support has not reflected the value of my purchase

When you buy a product from a company and the product is faulty, you expect the company to deal with the problem or even help you not palm you off and say deal with it yourself!! Unbelievable really! So if you need any GHD’s get them from GHD or Amazon their customer service is fantastic! Another pair back in the post no problem just how it’s supposed to be!!

I order 2 parfumes ,i didnt got them ,the delivery guy got them ,i spoke with them this joke website and they told me the delivery guy need to say he stoled my parfumes to get a refund MIND-BLOWING!!!!!

I purchased a set of perfumes and what arrived was different to what was described on their website (advertised as Eau de Parfum but received the cheaper Eau de Toilette). It took ages to find a way of speaking a human not an AI agent and then was not offered a refund or partial refund for the misadvertisement. I’m not confident in purchasing from again as what could arrived may not be what I’d ordered.

I ordered a bottle of Wow hair product. When I opened the package, it was evident it had leaked with the bubble wrap wet & inside the packaging. I contacted JustMyLook straight away & sent photos. Received quick response but now realise it was an AI response. Still waiting outcome 10 days later.

Made a mistake with an order and messaged straight away to cancel it, was told it was cancelled but they sent it anyway meaning I had to send it back to get a refund, was just told the same thing over and over, very frustrating experience.
