“I never received my package, DPD stated they delivered it to my local CO OP but I never received a message or QR Code for the pick up and didn't find out until I wrote to Justmylook stating my package was overdue, I then visited the CO OP who said my parcel wasn't there. To date Justmylook haven't told me the results of their investigation and I'm still awaiting a refund”

“THIEVES! I placed an order for a bottle of shampoo and they sent the WRONG ITEM. They emailed me 3 times asking for proof that the wrong item was sent. When they FINALLY acknowledged their mistake, and I asked for them to send me the correct item and they refused, stating I need to send their incorrect item back first. I did, sending proof of postage via Royal Mail. I asked for a refund instead of the replacement item as I no longer trust them. They have both refused to send out the correct item nor to give me a refund. Other companies would have as a gesture of good will. I will take this further. DO NOT SHOP with them, better to use a reputable company. I waited 2 weeks to post a review, still not resolved.”

“Rip off company!!! Do not use they take your money and don’t give you the correct goods. They don’t stick to their 3 for 2 offer. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank as I don’t have the goods but they still haven’t sent me a refund”

“I received my item damaged. I spoke to customer service who requested I send pictures and return the item and they would send a new product in its place. Nearly 2 weeks passed and I still have not received a replacement. I have contacted customer service again who are requesting all the information again and tracking numbers. Seems quite a process for the problem being with the company for sending a faulty item and i have done everything they asked. They offered me 10% off the price to keep a broken product the was over £30! Do not recommend.”

“Parcel was returned to them as they missed the house number and street off! So they have made me wait 2 weeks until they will deal with me as parcel has since been lost by royal mail. I had to contact royal mail to track it and they said its considered lost 6 days before justmylook will do anything! Not good customer service at all”

“Absolutely dreadful. Worst company I've ever dealt with in 52 years. They Keep sending me photos of someone else's house to 'prove' delivery. They keep saying I have to contact the courier and sort out the missing delivery. If they are a British company (which I suspect they or their customer services are not) they would know to ask me to do this with the courier is illegal under th Consumer credit act. The responsibility of the order I gave them money for, is their responsibility with th courier until I have the item in my possession.”

“Ordered a £80 perfume which was missing from my parcel, there’s literally no way it was ever in the package. Customer service refused to refund or replace it and said they had evidence that it was dispatched. I asked for evidence such as parcel weight or proof the item was actually packed, but they declined to provide anything beyond a photo of the item before packing. They said this is CCTV evidence but couldn’t show me the item being packed into the box and sealed inside. If I take a picture of myself next to a space rocket does that mean I’ve gone to the moon?? My only option now is to dispute it through Klarna. Very disappointing experience and poor handling of a genuine issue, especially as I’m a frequent customer. Won’t be ordering again.”

“Very disappointed with my experience. I entered the HELLOSOL code during checkout, but due to what appears to have been a system error, I didn't receive the free promotional bag. I contacted customer service before my order was dispatched, but no solution was offered. It's not about the value of the gift—it's about how my case was handled. As a loyal customer who has spent a lot of money with Justmylook, I expected much better service. Unfortunately, I'll be shopping elsewhere in the future.”
