“This was my first time ordering fromJust my look. I ordered a hair serum which was on sale, and received it on time. It was carefully packaged, wrapped in a bubble wrap- but I found one of the hair serum boxes was open (the other one was fine)- I felt uneasy with the fact one could have been tampered with and the contents may not be 100% as I would expect. I wrote to them with a photo , and received a defensive email response , explaining, rather rudely, simply that everything is checked before being shipped- this insinuated that my photo and my email and what I was saying was incorrect and false. If I had simply received even an acknowledge and apology and nothing else, I would have said it’s fine. But this was so unexpected and rude. I won’t be buying from this site again.”

“Waited a week for delivery, wrong item turns up, I checked HELP centre and had to arrange a Postman to deliver a returns label to me the next day then I have to and post it back.....honestly....WTAF....not a service I want to frequent, not even a mention of my refund or replacement...nah....”

“Waited ages for delivery....and then discovered the item had been returned to sender due to an incomplete or unrecognisable address, despite my address being correct on the invoice. Justmylook could not offer an explanation. Emailed and asked for refund giving order number and address etc. The reply email asked my to reply with order number and address etc, which I'd already sent them. Whole experience was frustrating and time consuming and ultimately, I didnt even receive my goods.”

“I am a regular customer and i am shocked by the customer service.. I made expensive order and ine expensive item was missing, i let tge customer service know right away and i been told the parcel left in full but thet can't prove it! I am left with no item no money and i am disappointed how they treated me like i am a thief! Its been reported to PayPal! I will never use thus website, scams!”

“FAKE PRODUCT Order at your own risk. Received my order only to find out it is a fake revitalash product (Revitalash confirmed to me by email and posted on their official website that Justmylook is not an authorised seller despite what they claimed in their product description, which is misleading and scammy, and customer service cannot prove that the product is genuine, or offer any solution. Defintiely DO NOT buy from them On top of that, Late dispatch and chat bot email customer service. NOT reccommended”
