“3 x deodorant sticks all either from old or faulty batch. The deodorant sticks lack the oils that allow the application to glide across the skin and lock in moisture and help create a barrier on the skins surface and remain hydrated. I communicated this to Just My Look and provided photographic evidence, and they responded with the following: “ We want you to love every product you get from us. We are unable to accept a return or issue a refund for items that have been unpacked and used. This policy is essential for maintaining product integrity and hygiene standards for all customers. While we are not the manufacturer and cannot comment on the performance of the product itself, we still want to make things right. As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, we are happy to offer you a 10% discount code for a future order, which is redeemable outside of any site-wide sale events.” A ridiculous and totally unacceptable response in which they default on their obligations to Consumer Rights law.”

“Ordered aftershave on 17/9..didn't arrive. Tracking shows due to be delivered 19/9. Here we are on 29/9 and customer service still has not issued a replacement or refund. V bad first experience with this company. Will copy this to trustpilot just in case it's only the 4/5 star reviews that end up being posted here.”

“I was recommended the 25mm Hot Tools Evolve Black Gold Titanium Hair Straighteners by my hairdresser. I ordered them one day and they were delivered the next day. They were well priced, with free shipping. The straighteners are great. Easy to use and with a long cord. I would recommend these straighteners.”
