“Poor experience overall from delivery to customer service. Ordered next day delivery for it to be delivered three days late, no help via emails, after a few emails they fail to reply. Delivered it outside my home even after advising them not to and that I was on holiday for the parcel to no longer be there upon my return. After advising this incompetent company of this, they refuse to help and take responsibility!! Terrible company to deal with. Avoid at all costs”

“Still waiting for my refund. Paid over £277 for 100ml creed aventus for my boyfriend which was on a sale and received a paco raban aftershave lotion. It's been a few days now since I requested collection via Royal Mail, they've said it's been delivered and yet, still no email regarding a refund. I will be chasing this”
