“Bought Clinique Dramatically Different moisturizing lotion for my mum, first time used Justmylook but they had a fab offer on a larger bottle at the time compared to other sites who were charging more for the smaller size. Delivery was prompt and packing was well wrapped but the bottle did not come in a Clinique Box but due to package arrived in perfect condition and mum very pleased with her purchase. Would use Justmylook again.”

“Customer service was ok. Delivery was super fast but very disappointed with my order smelt nothing like an original item that I had purchased elsewhere before,would never use them again stick to my usual place where I normally purchase from at least I know what I'm getting”

“My friends hair looked really shiny so I asked what products she was using. She told me she was using Wella Nutri Enrich shampoo and conditioner. I bought it 2 weeks ago and I'm so happy with it. My hair is already so soft and shiny. The bottles are huge too so will last me ages. This is my new favourite hair product”

“I purchased the Revlon One-Step Volumiser Plus. I used it twice. It was awful. My hair lacked volume, it was not smooth and was fly away. Unlike other similar products that I have used. I immediately contacted the escalation team at Justmylook suggesting my purchase is faulty. I was informed that since I had opened and used the product there was nothing that they could do. Overall very disappointing.”

“I've pretty much always worn Armani, so it's become my signature scent at this point. My usual store was sold out and I was honestly so disappointed. I decided to try my luck with Justmylook, although I was a little sceptical about whether they'd actually deliver.
