“Ordered, and paid for next day delivery for Boss Eau de toilette gift set. Company wrongly sent our Parfum gift set. Item returned. Refund for the item processed but not the postage which I think should be as it was their error.”

“They use an AI bot to answer customer service related enquiries and then when you get a human answering because the AI bot is not fit for purpose then the human hasn’t got a clue. 10 times I unsubscribed to the emails and if anything the frequency of spam emails has increased teased ten fold so poor customer service.”
