“My item was not delivered to a safe place, nor was there an attempt to deliver to me directly, and was subsequently stolen. Justmylook refused to refund the order. Will not order from them again.”

“I've used the Kerastase products that I bought for quite some time and although they were competitively priced at Justmylook, unfortunately, the delivery by Royal Mail was a problem. Despite receiving a text stating that the order would arrive with 48 hours as expected, it was a day late.”

“This is my 2nd recent order from this site, prices are great and amazing selection. However both orders had at least one item that was “out of stock” after I ordered. Neither time did the company update me left the orders for days until I chased an update. Communication with the customer is poor and now I don’t have faith that if I order I will receive my full order.”
