“Purchased a number of High end fragrance bottles as a gift, when arrived they where not to the liking of my brother. The items where returned within 24hrs of delivery, unused, however I was advised that due to hygiene reasons they can not accpet the return of fragrances. Would be very careful buying from here as they to not issue refunds”

“The customer service is awful, AI generated responses and extremely slow replies. I ordered a hair product and after conducting my own independent research discovered it is extremely toxic and potentially fatal to pets. This vital safety warning is conspicuously absent from the product page and using this product without this knowledge could have had tragic consequences. I cancelled the item 20 minutes later however received no response for a week, no acknowledgement of the fault and no apology. I am feeling equally as doubtful reading the other reviews regarding returning items and not receiving refunds etc, nightmare. I am returning it this week so lets see if I get my money back. Will definitely not be using this company again.”

“I placed my order and quickly realised it had registered my old address. Literally straight away emailed and WhatsApp’d asking for the delivery address to be changed. I got acknowledgements, was asked not to keep messaging. Still my order went to my old address. Have emailed customer service. To be told there’s nothing they’ll do about it. Same response again at second request for refund or replacement. Third response they’ve changed their policy and won’t update addresses after an order has been placed or refund/replace the goods. I’ve asked for proof of the policy. The parcel was left on the doorstep of my old house so after the length of time it took to get a response from them it’s unlikely I’m going to get it back. Poor poor poor customer service 😣”

“I would never order from this company again customer service was dreadful, I ordered some curling tongs but by mistake I ordered the wrong size when I sent them back they told me how I had used them , they were sealed in their box. I sent them but the next day.I would rather order from Amazon or eBay they’re so good at taking things back”
