“Ordered all that I wanted and all in stock, the problem was when I went to pay kept telling me that I needed a 3D notification number!!!!!!! So I had to inform my bank the next day who dealt with it for me. I also sent an email to justmylook to ask if there was any other way to make a payment but Igot no answer.”

“Delivery of diffuser oil was dispatched quickly however on receipt the item had leaked from the top of the bottle however as only a small amount of oil was leaked I decided to keep the item. However I did note that other reviewers have highlighted the same issue which should by now have been addressed so unfortunately I would not be ordering again.”

“Love the colour of this product but coverage isn’t great. It took 3 coats and still wouldn’t say it’s covered as well as other brands.”

“Good value for money for the products I ordered. Unfortunately they were foundations which were very poorly packaged in only some bubble wrap and put into a padded envelope. Arrived with product leaking. I would suggest using small boxes instead for posting.”

“I've ordered many a time from you but my latest purchase was damaged. Customer services are very slow to respond to my emails and I'm still not sure if a replacement item has been sent as my email hasn't been replied to.”

“My initial experience was not good you sent me 2 bottles of Udo OIL on which the best before date was only one week after the order was received. You have now sent me a new order which has resolved the issue”

“Product itself is amazing and this is a great price. However, despite being very well packaged, the bottle had split slightly, allowing some product to seep though and soak the packaging. I had to transfer into a different bottle which was annoying as the pump is very useful.”
