“I would appreciate if customer services would return my emails in regards to my order that was dispatched on the 30th March and still hadn’t arrived. I have had to source the item elsewhere as it is a birthday present so I would like a refund please.”

“Just my look is great. Delivery was good and product well packaged. However, highly rated product which was ordered Olaplex has completely dried my hair out 😭😭 so product review would be 1! 3 overall for a happy medium.”

“Hi I am still getting to grips with getting the right amount on my skin without causing the white flakey look.. I was however very disappointed with the little amount of serum in the bottle, when I looked inside it appears to be around the sides of the bottle and not full up.”

“Made an order with the option for next day delivery, unfortunately the parcel came the other day. One of the hair product came without the top cap, so my concern is is that product was used before... bit dissapointed.”

“Will keep using the shampoo and conditioner to see if the conditioner makes my hair feel any softer . It does take the yellow out of my hair so performs well in that area but my hair isn’t feeling soft after use .. earth days”

“Ok but Not very good ..smells like mustard oil, I have used the tigi bedhead blue one and tigi S-factor as well .those are amazing , smells gr8 and gives you smooth and shiny hair ..so i don't recommend this if u r looking for something very good....”

“Item exactly what I wanted, great price plus free p & p. So far 5 stars. The problem, delivery was via Royal Mail. According to website item was due to arrive on a Monday but Royal Mail emailed to say it would be Wednesday then attempted to deliver on a Thursday when no one was in. Item then redirected to depot across town which is a complete pain to collect from. In summary, justmylook was great - using Royal Mail not so great. In truth, has probably put me off a further purchase.”
