“I placed a big order on 3rd December.. and I still haven't received it to date.. I have sent multiple emails, and I have had no help to date, with very limited communication back, I was sent a FedEx link with tracking number ect which has said cleared customs for 4 days or more.. but when I manually use said tracking number on FedEx website they say its not a recognised number.. Its all Christmas presents for people and its 21st Dec.. Its totally unacceptable and the company has an extremely poor customer service.. To the point I'm worrying the company is infact a scam, because I have never had such a bad on-line shopping experience..”

“The wrong items were delivered - three items that were not even similar to what I ordered. I have tried over the last eight days to get the correct items sent to me but emails only answered by Luther Ai agent. I might just as well banged my head on the wall as all I keep getting back is emails from Luther saying he will pass my complaint on, after I have sent my order number and a photo of the wrongly delivered items. I HAVE DONE THIS THREE TIMES NOW AND NO-ONE HAS COME BACK TO ME WITH UPDATE OF CORRECT ORDER. WHAT ELSE CAN IDO. LOSING THE WILL TO LIVE!!”

“Customer service are ignoring me, and my products have not arrived. The tracking number given is also invalid. I spent over €100 on Christmas gifts and I have nothing to show for it now.”

“Absolutely terrible, Placed an order on the 9th December for Christmas, still not delivered, no support or help from customer service, in fact a wrong Fed Ex number given when i asked them to check , no response. Avoid at all costs. Look Fantastic, Millies or Cloud 10 , much more professional and helpful to deal with.”

“Totally the wrong product sent. Can't speak to a person. Nightmare to obtain returns label. Refund process stating 10 working days (2 weeks) plus 3 further days for it to reach me. Way too long for a refund. Will not be using your company again.”

“Unfortunately this review is not good ! I ordered some perfume as a Christmas present and I have not received it ! The tracking number is wrong apparently and I’ve tried for over 5days to speak to someone, but as of yet, leaving emails. I’ve heard nothing. I ordered the 8/11/25”

“Still waiting over a week for a parcel they said was delivered. The tracking number for the courier doesn't exist which I've recently discovered from previous reviews of this company is a common occurrence. Customer service is an ai bot who answers questions with questions then warns you not to escalate your query or it will go into a queue to get sorted. If I eventually receive my parcel I will come back with a review on the products which in fairness offer value for money. Otherwise, 1 star I'm afraid.”

“Absolutely brutal. Waiting for a package I ordered for Christmas.It never arrived.When I contacted justmylook-they gave me a tracking number for FedEx which wasnt recognised by FedEx. I'm just constantly been told that it's been referred to another department. I have asked for a refund and I'm getting the same response. There is no way that it'll be received before Christmas now”
