“Received wrong item- poor customer service. Ordered Shark SpeedStyle Pro 3-in-1 High-Velocity Hair Dryer System but got only one attachment (Turbo Concentrator). Sent order details upfront, yet they asked the same questions for almost a week. Finally claimed barcode proves it’s “Shark Pro with one attachment—correct!” while ignoring their own website’s “3-in-1” product name and description (which I also attached). Unresolved mess.”

Hello, As your order is marked as delivered, we have raised a case with Royal Mail, who will investigate your parcels journey throughout their mailing system, cross-referencing with GPS tracking, and interviewing staff who handled your parcel.
