“I didn’t receive my perfume and I was told I can’t get a refund or a replacement as Royal Mail informed you that it was delivered to the gps. However, the image supplied by Royal Mail when tracking shows a photo of a car window. I’m very disappointed and will be likely to not shop here again!”

“Very disappointed with Just My Look. After receiving my order with items missing, I contacted customer service and provided all the information they requested. Rather than accepting responsibility or resolving the issue, they’ve now started ignoring my emails completely. I’m now having to take the matter further by raising a dispute with my bank because they have failed to deal with my complaint properly. I expected much better customer service and would not recommend based on my experience. There prices are cheap but there’s a reason for that!”

“Ordered next day delivery with them only to find an item was excluded from my order yet still charged. It's been three weeks and they still haven't refunded me or sent out the item. It's been a nightmare trying to use the customer services. They ignore me constantly. It's like they are trying to make it as hard as possible to resolve the issue so I give up. I'm considering reporting them to trading standards if they dont resolve this by the end of the week. It's not been a good service at all. Wish I'd never used their website and stuck to look fantastic. I O ly tried them because they had a good offer on perfume yet the perfume never arrived. I think they didnt want to honour the deal. It was a great deal but bit pointless if it doesn't turn up! Scam alert.”

“My item was delivered to another property and JML would not help out. They wouldn’t refund. Just with falsely claiming I’d said leave in a safe place. The place it was left was not only not my house, there was no package in the photo. These guys are con artists!”
