“Lovely selection of items, and so cheap as well despite being quality products! I definitely try to look on justmylook first whenever I'm considering buying something, delivery is also usually really quick - although I've experienced that items had to be refunded as they went out of stock after my purchase”

“Placed order. Royal Mail 'lost' the parcel. 3 weeks later and still no replacement, stopped answering emails, responses are mainly AI. First (and last) order with this company. It's not problems that are the issue, they happen, it's the way they're dealt with that counts. Disappointing. Christmas list bought elsewhere, delivered and wrapped before still not receiving original parcel or replacement.”
