“Ordered this item FUDGE HAIR SHAMPOO I thought it would arrive pretty quickly, however, it got lost in the postal system, not really their fault, but wouldn't order again their customer services chat line wasn't very helpful. I waited in for the delivery but got a text at the end of the day saying it had been re-directed I had to wait an extra two more days, so was unable to use it ready for a big occasion, a little disappointed, they did apologise but that didn't help me At least it turned up - eventually!”

“Ordered face paint for a jubilee party and it said 48hrs delivery so I waited 2 days no arrival wait till the day before the party still nothing got an email to say it would be here on the Monday after the party and now I actually don’t need it , emailed to see if it could be returned was told yes I was given the address and I’d have to pay the postage which wasn’t worth it as it would of been more than I paid for the item not a happy customer but may use in future for makeup items”

“Was travelling within 3 days and ordered regenerate toothpaste, 2 small ones and 2 large, pressed pay and realised the delivery would not come in time, so ordered again same thing, but requested DPD next day delivery which is offered on the website, I also wrote to customer services (didn’t respond) explained about the two orders and one required via DPD (I clicked the box for DPD delivery) however both orders were sent via Royal Mail and took about 5 days to get here… not brilliant customer service”

“Recently purchased dolce and gabbana light blue intense and I have to say is really good fragrance, smells amazing and great for summertime however I find it very poor when it comes to performance and projection after 1 or 2 hours later it becomes a skin scent and that is disappointing. Overall a decent fragrance for summer but performance could be better”

“I bought some facepaints for Jubilee weekend and then needed to cancel my order 10 mins after I ordered. I was told that it was too late to cancel so waited for the order to arrive. Went on website and it said that can return to get refund but will need to pay own post. Did this and am still waiting to get my refund. In this day and age there should be easy return policy as it is our right.”

“Great shopping experience, but incredibly wasteful packaging. There was basically two times more bubble wrap than the actual product. Will think very carefully before buying from them again.”

“Even though the order was shipped on 27 May as a 48h delivery, it only arrived 6 June. There were 2 holidays but they don’t justify the delay. The product was good.”

“It’s 3 star for now. Wasn’t going to do review at but keep getting email to do one. So it’s a 3 as they sent me smaller size perfume then what I sent. Took them couple days to reply. They were nice and sent returns label. Just waiting for it to get bk and new size and out. Will change once I get my perfume.”

“I bought the Diva Pro XXL universal diffuser on 27/05/22 and it arrived on 02/06/22. It arrived in 2 parts that fit together but don't actually connect so it comes apart constantly. I contacted Justmylook but I have yet to receive a reply.”

“The item I bought was packaged well, however the top of the aerosol came off in transit so when I opened the package there was foam all over. I messaged and sent a photo showing the foam to Justmylook to recommend taping any tops on in future. As there was still a lot of mousse left I didn’t request a replacement. The customer service team replied asking for a photo and explanation obviously they hadn’t really read my message. 🤦‍♀️”
