“Awful. Placed an order. Received order. Opened order to discover 2 items missing. Contacted customer services to report this, and was asked to send pictures of said order before opening. How would I know items were missing before opening?? Incidentally the 2 cheapest items were missing, which were the buy 2 get one free items. (I bought 6 so 2 items free). I could have chosen the most expensive item in my order if I was going to lie about not receiving, which was about £30, but my missing items were about a fiver. Ive bought multiple times from this company, And this is how you get treated over 5 pounds.”
