“As written many times by myself,Justmylook is,in my opinion the best go to dept.for all personal requirements.Hair products,hygiene,make up and all number of must have/want items and all at great prices.I have found several sought after promotions that cannot be found on the High Street.All of this coupled with terrific delivery times and costs (sometimes free).So yes I will continue to use this wonderful company for the future,thank you🤗”

“I ordered the wrong shade of eyebrow pencil as the online picture matched the wrong shade to the wrong product. When I asked for it to be replaced they said I would have to pay for returns which I didn't think was fair even though they accepted the website shade was incorrect.”

“Product not dispatched on time so received product late - refund given. Received product was incorrect. Provided photos of incorrect product and returned. Explained to customer services it was a birthday present and wanted the correct product sent out. Was told this would be done when they received the returned item. Couple of days later I received full refund and was told I had originally ordered the incorrect item so to save delay they refunded it. Provided customer services with original email clarifying the product I had ordered was not the one that was sent to me. Very, very unprofessional.”
