“I ordered a hairdryer but I was sent the wrong model. Maria in Customer Services was extremely helpful however and the correct model was sent out after a few days. It was difficult only being able to return things via Royal Mail as they failed to honour the collection I booked so I had to go and queue up at the post office. It would be good to have the choice to be able to return via Evri as well. However, the response to my problem was excellent and I even got a response on a Sunday.”

“Received 2 cans of hairspray with a broken nozzles. I contacted customer support however was only replied to via an AI, and eventually received no response at all. Have ordered plenty in the past and I understand these things can happen, but to receive no response at all within 3 days of making the report is surprising.”
