“This is my third email link to review and it’s getting invasive. My service wasn’t great as I was sent a burst bottle of hair dye that stained my countertop and no liability was taken. (Packaging was intact so I couldn’t see the spilled product until it was too late, and it appeared it was shipped like that) I was offered a 10% off my next spend voucher then I had to ask for a refund. The person I spoke to wasn’t very helpful and I’d let it go, however continuing to ask for reviews is getting on my last nerve.”

“I bought a perfume in a gift set and it smelled very different than the original one. I decided to return it. I was refused a refund for a gift box on the grounds that there were traces of perfume on the atomiser. The gift box was not supplied with a hygiene seal that that could be broken. Contacted customer service numerous times and they simply refused to answer the question: "What is the legal ground under which you are refusing the refund ? " . That is because they had none and defaulted to "Sorry, we cannot help". The value of the gift sets was not that high but I will not use them again.”

To uphold hygiene and quality standards for all customers, our policy strictly requires that all returns must be made in brand new, unused, and completely sealed condition. We confirmed that the hygiene sealed cellophane was broken during review, which suggests signs of use and prevents us from accepting the return. We also noted traces of the scent on the atomisers of the gift sets. Justmylook x

“This is my go to online shop. The site is easy to navigate, App is even better. Prices and products are amazing. Colour shading can be slightly lighter than advertised. I am sure as long as you haven’t used the product you can return. Not that I have needed to return anything. What are you waiting for g for. Get shopping and get your high brand products at reduced cost.”

“I did a google search for a price comparison on my favourite perfume and justmylook came up with a very competitive price So much so that I thought it couldn’t be the real thing! I went ahead and ordered it it arrived within a few days very well packaged and it was definitely the genuine product I was amazed as it was £30 cheaper than Amazon Would definitely recommend this company and will be ordering again in the future”

“Initially I had some concerns about my purchase as I had spent over£80 When the product did not arrive as stated on the website. I tried to contact customer services but was unable to do so ( I wasn't able to download their app) AI was the only way to contact them In any event, my purchase arrived on Saturday The past Sunday, I ordered more items and expected the items within 48 hours We waited in all day on the Wednesday but nothing came Wednesday had to stay in again today but it did arrive The thing is, that I ordered the goods early on Sunday but they were not dispatched until late Monday evening thus causing the delay Otherwise the products I ordered are very good and I will continue to shop with them By the way it's impossible to contact with just my look by phone The given phone number does not exist”
