“Had never heard of this site until i was stressing over what to get my son in law for Christmas. My daughter said look on here (showing me the Justmylook website ) I use it all the time. Saw something suitable, ordered it and it was with me within days.”

“Ordered some items for a Christmas gift. It all arrived in time. However one of the items was damaged and had leaked everywhere i contacted customer service sent all of the information including pictures and a video showing the fault and I'm still waiting for a resolution so the Christmas present was given incomplete. Very slow responses often asking for information already sent. Being told to send item back for a replacement despite it leaking everywhere and being impossible to repackage as is. Very slow poor customer service.”

“Dealing with this company is the worst experience I’ve had especially over Christmas time … they have not delivered multiple orders and left me hanging with no response and just claimed that they have when clearly they haven’t and shown no evidence and just lied… Christmas gifts couldn’t be given due to this unprofessional behaviour!!! Beware”
