“I don't usually write reviews, but out of thanks for the excellent service I received from Justmylook, I am happy to. The website is so easy to navigate - I easily found what I was looking for. Unfortunately it was out of stock, but I used the 'notify me when the product is back in stock' and was prompty notified. I got great reassurance from being able to track progress with my delivery. Excellent service throughout. I have recommended the company to all my friends. Thanks Justmylook 😀”

“DO NOT SHOP HERE! Very disappointing experience. My parcel was left outside despite my delivery instructions and, when I returned home, it was missing. Customer service refused to help and told me to chase Royal Mail myself to obtain proof of misdelivery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, my understanding is that the retailer is responsible for ensuring goods are delivered to the customer. Despite this, they refused to take responsibility or resolve the issue. I felt the burden of a missing parcel was unfairly pushed onto me, even though I paid for the goods and never received them. I left this review on a different website and Justmylook responded by saying they checked the tracking and the parcel was left in a 'safe place' authorised by me WHICH IS A LIE, they can clearly see I did not authorise any safe place. Not only do they refuse to help the customers, they also lie. I reported them to trading standards and opened a chargeback with my bank.”

“Was a bit tricky finding exactly what I wanted as layout of each perfume was a little confusing an jumbled together closely. But once I found what I needed it was quick and simple at checkout. And the delivery time was amazing !!!”
