“Missing perfume from my order have messaged over 7 times and no response im down over £45 and they don’t reply will never but from again worst customer service ever experienced spent over £70 for next day delivery and took 5 days to arrive and missing an item.”

“I will admit I was sceptical. The same item I bought on 'Justmylook' was 4 times the price anywhere else online or in store. I have used Clinique aromatics body smoother but it was getting so pricey. But I took a chance, and am I glad I did!!!!! Thank you so much 'Justmylook'. I am delighted with my purchase.”

“I ordered it for my Mum who loves Gucci Rush. Disappointed that it did not arrive before NYE as was indicated when I ordered it and I was sure that I paid for fast delivery. Nevertheless it did arrived, so I guess thats the main thing. Age range indicted is my mother's”

“I've enquired several times about where my parcel is and not been told much nor got much of a response except from a robot. Ordered this over a month ago now. I asked for it to be left in my shed concealed and it was left on the doorstep where I presume someone's picked it up. Not happy.”

“My order was wrong when received. Despite contacting JML several times and having initial responses from them they have totally ignored the emails following. They advised they would send out the correct products (Olaplex oil). They havent sent it so I'm stuck with a product for blonde hair that I didnt order when im a brunette. Awful service! Would not order from here again unfortunately which is sad because the products seemed good but no guarantees you'll get what you order!”

“I used this company for the first time at Christmas, I couldn’t believe the great prices and the promise of quick delivery. I have to say I wasn’t disappointed the app was easy to navigate and I have to say I bought quite allot of items and wasn’t disappointed at how quick they were delivered, I will be buying many more products in the future and have recommended the company to many many people 5/5 stars from me.”
