“Great online offers and affordable free delivery. Packaged really securely! The only request would be to look into using recyclable packaging (it’s good for the earth and all that but also bubble wrap takes up so much space in the bin lol).”

“Bought a perfume EXPLORER EXTREME Montblanc from justmylook 49.99 pounds quite recently and was delivered ,however the lead as depicted was so fragile ,it just came off. Rendering it impossible to use as I can't spray it.getting a refund has been impossible. The scent is choking as it is all over my house because of vaporization and spillage.the lead is broken from the top. Order # J28182251.please help me get a refund .How could the bottle be so fragile for a perfume.I am very disappointed with my purchase and they are not being understanding at all.i have several correspondence with regards to this item but all have been in vain They literally want me to send the broken bottle depicted via the post office. This cannot be closed as it is broken . I have asked them to get a courier to come get it but they insisting on me returning it. How is that possible without spillage.vaporization is still taking place. I honestly regret buying from them. I need a refund please.this is not like it fell no.the lead just came off .Just like that.its been so stressful dealing with this issue.please intervene. Thank you very much. Customer Ian”
