“I found shopping with Justmylook very poor . My order was meant to arrive under next day delivery . Justmylook recorded the incorrect address on the package and I was informed by Royal Mail that it had been returned to them. I contacted then straight away. I had an AI response but then heard nothing for days . After contacting numerous times I finally heard back that some one was looking in to the matter . I finally received the order 10 days later. Within that time I was ironically asked to review the products I had not received ! The whole process was very slow and left me uncertain of what was happening”
