“I adore this website! To access new/different/varied brands & products that are specific for conditions or preferences, it's heaven! Yes, I've paid more for some things, but heck, the quality, long lasting products means you actually have a bargain at your fingertips. My hair is in the best condition (I am 67) & the ageing wispy/fluffy effect is tamed, my hair sits & behaves better, my skin is benefitting from new more effective creams, washes etc. Its utterly brilliant.”

“Never received my order so I can’t rate it. Now I am waiting on my refund which is taking forever, as a person who works in retail customers get there refunds straight away, now I have to wait 30 days cause off no fault off my own which is shocking. I order with Royal Mail and receive the next day so there is definitely a problem here and it’s not with Royal Mail. It’s the first and last time I will use just my look all it has done is waste my time chasing money they owe me.”
