“The perfume sent to me was a very strange colour and did not smell as it should (1 spray of perfume used). After over a week of emails each containing more and more questions I’ve been advised that no refund is possible as “you have used the product” (I haven’t) and “you have taken it from its packaging” (how else was I to get to the product and then also answer their questions like “what is the batch number). Terrible customer service and an unsatisfactory product. This first time customer will never return. In the photo my own perfume (very used) is on the left and the “new and perfect”’product is on the right.”

“Quick delivery and good price. BUT so disappointed with the produce They have changed the essence of the perfume and body smoother. It's not the same and doesn't last. After using this for 30 years I'm so disappointed. Clinique will lose hundreds of customers.”
