“The one item I was really looking forward to wasn’t available so they had to refund me (why not mark it as “out of stock” to begin with?) and a small bottle of shampoo in my order arrived with rather little in it! Customer service is mainly AI and don’t care. Probably won’t be back.”

“I put an order in I wanted to add to it less than two hours later, I tried to cancel order to add another item I couldn’t. I just had to do without my second order. Customer services were terrible. I would NOT recommend this company. I have used it many times in the past and never had a problem u just couldn’t believe that less than two hours later i was unable to cancel.”
