“I can usually trust JustMyLook for my Essence orders since wilkos closed. But this time around I ordered they sent the wrong items and no freebie which I qualified for. Initially the customer service was brilliant. They apologised for the mistake and said I could return them for replacements and they would send my free item. Even paying the return postage cost. I returned them with no issues Then randomly I received a refund for my items with no explanation, so I emailed again 3 times before I received a response that the items I had requested were all sold out and due to this they had refunded me and cancelled my freebie. I went on the website and was still able to order the 3 items that I originally chose as they were not out of stock, however decided against it as they now didn't not qualify for the free gift. Disappointed”

“The website says just reach out to us if you have any issues we will swiftly resolve- unfortuately thats just not true. A couple of items were missing from my order and three emails and two weeks later still no sign of resolution or refund. Shame as the first couple of orders I made were fine but sadly the mark of a good company is the action taken when something goes wrong and customer service has been poor. Avoid”

“I wouldn't buy from them again. Took ages to arrive and the customer service was really frustrating. Think it was AI and not a real person. Kept asking the same question even though the information was in my email. They kept replying to my emails quickly but their reply just kept asking the same questions. Very frustrating”
