“Purchased a men’s Remington R4 Shaver and and it has made my face extremely sore and red. Now using a Philips shaver from a different supplier and it’s perfect. Clearly the Remington shaver is faulty and Justmyluck don’t want to know. No care from customer service.”

“I've been using justmylook since I was unable to buy the essence vegan range in shops near me. I love the site, great products and I can try things I've not used before cheaply, good prices and great delivery times. My only concern is the packaging. Lots of bubble wrap and plastic bags. I'd much prefer a cardboard box with shredded paper in to protect items. I hope they change it.”

“Absolutely terrible service. Wrong item got delivered. I email customer service they asked me for details and photos of the product I received, I replied back with all the information and I never heard anything from them since. I have emailed them 4 times since and still no reply. Completely blanking me. Id give 0 rating”
