“My order still hasn’t arrived after 14days. I’ve reached out multiple times to the customer care with no communication from them. Very poor customer service when things go wrong and very disappointing as an ongoing customer.”

“This purchase was made with a stolen debit card. The company did not work with me to correct this action. I had to do a fraud claim with my bank. My only review is that this company is not a good one. The name on this review was made by the thief of my card information. No one should ever do business with this company.”

“First time ordering from this company. The products I love had good discounts on them. Dispatch was quick, but delivery was delayed but this was down to Royal Mail rather than Justmylook. Products arrived well packaged.”
