“To be asked how my experience is when I havent even received my order is an absolute joke. Ive waited nearly 2 weeks to receive my order, ivr received someone else's, when 1st contacting justmylook you get a response back from a robot. The level of customer service and quickness to resolve is very very slow. I will not be ordering again nor will i be recommending.”

“I have ordered from JML for years now and never had any issues. On a recent order I was sent the wrong item, I reported it, provided a photo as proof and used the returns process to return the incorrect item back on the same day, but days later have yet to receive any information regarding a refund or even the correct item being sent to me, really slow responses from customer services so based solely on my most recent experience it’s very disappointing”
