“Placed order. Royal Mail 'lost' the parcel. 3 weeks later and still no replacement, stopped answering emails, responses are mainly AI. First (and last) order with this company. It's not problems that are the issue, they happen, it's the way they're dealt with that counts. Disappointing. Christmas list bought elsewhere, delivered and wrapped before still not receiving original parcel or replacement.”

“I ordered a perfume and later received an email that it was dispatched. A few days later I received an email saying the item had been refunded, without explanation. I waited to see if an order would arrive but it did not and a refubd was given. I did not request this. I then received several emails asking to review my order which I ignored because I did not get an order due to the company cancelling the within any explanation. As I keep receiving emails to review I wrote this.”
