“First order was incorrect and took a few days to arrive The info needs to be clearer as the item I needed eg a picking error was not replaced but a refund is in process . When I went on to order what I needed it was out of stock . An email to explain this would have helped ! I then had to buy an item £30 more expensive than the item I ordered eg a bigger size bottle . My offer was £300 so I’d expect more communication . 2bd order was correct and arrived the next day Speedy service 2nd time around”

“I ordered a parcel on 2nd December that was being sold in the guise of next day delivery. The parcel never arrived and wasn’t actually dispatched until the 12th of December and I’m still yet to receive this parcel. I tried chat among chat and email after email to try find where my order is and when it will be delivered. The agents act like robots and could not care less in what they are doing. To the point I was sent someone else entirely order tracking and details and told this was my order and it was being delivered. I had to call the Irish An Post to discover this was not my order and did not belong to me and should have never been delivered. Again I emailed and chatted and again no one cared I emailed managers and all left without a response. So you spend your money but don’t expect to get your delivery or any help should you need it. My advice pay the extra and order elsewhere .”

“So impressed. It was a huge extravagant purchase for me and my income bracket but it's such a good value. No makeup that doesn't suit everyone's skin tone, universal. Skin products that most people can use. And. The packaging is fab. Better than advertised.”

“very poor experience definitely the worst ive had with any similar website. did not resolve my issues in the slightest and offered a sorry 10% discount off a next order. None of the agents actually solved my query. Item came damaged. Item came a week later although it was meant to be tracked 48”

“Products are as described company has terrible customer service package missing for ages contacted several times just got an ai response when I finally got a person to help no said they'd help and item turned up several days later I know it's Christmas and everywhere is up the walls but this is the only bad experience I had pthis year with a company it's frustrating because one of the gifts was for my mother birthday which I had to buy another gift for and went and bought another gift for Christmas because I didn't think it would be here if there was better communication people wouldn't get so frustrated won't be using this company again”

“Two items I ordered were canceled. I was ordering during black Friday sales, if I have known those were not available, I would have ordered from another website. Now I lost the good deals and still need to order those items from somewhere else. The order took ages to be send too.”

“Products are amazing and in good condition however the customer service and tracking is an absolute joke. Tracking number given wasn’t even real and no one responds to any emails whatsoever. Only received my package a week after it was supposed to be delivered by.”
