“Quite rubbish customer service to be honest. Item was dispatched very late despite choosing Royal Mail 48 option. When I contacted Justmylook they kept saying they didn’t know when it would be dispatched and refused to cancel. Given it was a gift - pretty pointless and no prepaid label supplied for their mistake. AI customer service said they would cancel order but clearly didn’t. Basically pooor service”

“They had a 3 for 2 deal on Essence Mascara which is brilliant mascara and even better when on offer when I always stock up making sure I don't run out I received these jn the post very quickly. Iam very happy with my purchase and I definitely recommend”
