“Great prices and a great range - in particular, I was surprised at their range of Korean beauty and skincare, it felt that they had even more than Boots. Also really appreciate that orders over £20 qualified for free shipping. I’d definitely recommend Justmylook to others!”

“paid for premium membership some time ago. ordered something recently, selected next day delivery and 3 days later it's still not here. system says it's waiting to be picked up by Evri (why them?!?) and Evri tracking agrees. Contacted JML and told to wait 2 more days before contacing again, so 5 days wait for 'next day' delivery (no weekend days involved BTW). Comedy gold. Must do (much better). I doubt i'll be renewing my 'premium' membership!”

“Can’t comment on any of the products because my £400 order was left dumped outside my front door and stolen! No effort made to put the parcels in a safe place or even hide them from street view. jML entirely unhelpful because the tracking shows it is delivered, I have explained to them the Consumer Rights Act but I think I am just speaking to an AI bot. Will be requesting a chargeback with my credit card company.”
