“Ordered on a saturday and got it on a wednesday, i dont really mind the delay of the weekend but they came through with original items, so happy with my purchase! Will want to do again, specially if supported by the klarna app! Flexible payments indeed!”

“I ordered an eyebrow tint from Just My Look as I am a beautician and needed it for a client who is allergic to standard tint. As I knew I would be at work, I paid £4.99 for delivery to a DPD pickup point so I could collect it at a convenient time. However, I later received two emails from DPD stating that the selected pickup location did not accept DPD parcels, despite it being offered as an option on the Just My Look website. As a result, they were unable to deliver my order. I contacted DPD to request delivery to my home address, but was informed that this change had to be authorised by Just My Look. By the time I received a response from the company, my parcel was already on the way back to them. I then asked if they could resend the item, as I had originally selected the 2-day delivery option due to the urgency of needing the product. I was told they could not dispatch a replacement until the returned parcel had been received. A few days later, I was informed that the item had been received and a full refund had been issued. While I appreciate the refund, I feel it would have been more appropriate to contact me first to ask whether I still required the product and to offer redelivery without an additional delivery charge, given the inconvenience caused and the fact I had to cancel a client who had booked a service with me. Overall, this experience was frustrating and fell short of my expectations. I would absolutely not purchase anything from them again.”

“I received a damaged item last week. I contacted customer service, and they advised me to return the product. They said that if it is faulty, I will receive a refund, but they also suggested it might be due to misuse on my part. How could I have misused an item I only received last week? I purchased a hairdryer, and it appears to be defective from the start. I am still waiting for both a refund and any updates. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE AT ALL! It’s better to shop with Sephora or Amazon.”
