“Always great service from this company. Easy to use website, good prices and good choice of products. I have used these particular tongs for quite a few yrs and love that you can select the size of barrel level of heat that you apply. Product arrived quickly and v well packaged. Would def recommend.”

“Dreadful company. Awful customer service. They didn't include all my items in my delivery and then didn't believe me when I told them, so they refused to send missing items or refund me. Along the way they didn't reply sensibly or consistently for 2 weeks and then eventually replied again and told me to photograph the full delivery to show how it arrived in the packaging 2 weeks later, but of course it was too late by then. To boot, it was only then that they told me they were out of stock for one of the items which is why that wasn't in there, that was then refunded, but still, not the othet stuff.”

“Ordered a Redken Conditioner and Shampoo, took money for both out of my account to be then told that the conditioner was to be refunded. Please do not take money from peoples accounts if the product is out if stock. In this day and age it's so easy to know what's in stock. I'm without €29 to buy another one somewhere else for up to 10 days.......not acceptable!”
