“Absolutely shocking ordered Estée Lauder foundation didn't even open the bottle just held it up to my original bottle that I already had at home. The colour was completely different. I sent a mail and explained this and was told that sometimes colours can vary which I fully understand but this was a total different colour. I returned it I never took the lid off and then got an email from them saying it couldn't be refunded because it be opened. I feel really ripped off.”

“Awful experience all round, rude customer service agent, dusty / dirty products all round. Ordered a premium oil sunscreen that came separated which you could see when packing, unsure why it was sent out”
