“Ordered a few items. Some where gifts. One was badly damaged all the items had fallen out the bottom and the lid on one was cracked. Took ages emailing back and forth and is hassle to return as I have to print my own return label. So didn’t return in the end. Would order some things but never a present for anyone else. Especially in December. Disappointed”

“Appreciate that due to Covid there will be delays however I tried to make contact with just my look on various occasions by email and Instagram as there is no telephone number and no one got back in touch with me... it was only when my item turned up did I get a response which was to tell me item had turned up... not really sure whether I would order again or whether it was just because of the delays of Covid...”

“Purchased a bath bomb Santa sack, thought it would be a fantastic stocking filler for my young daughter. Received it and it smelt gorgeous. On the photo attached to the bag the bath bombs looked ace and very Chrismassy, I had a sneak peek and was really disappointed, all the bathbombs were like rejects, no sparkle, no shape, not moulded together properly, pale colours not the bright festive ones on the picture. Absolutly gutted...”

“This is the second time I’ve bought from JML (and the second time during a lockdown). The products were received in time and well packaged. My only issue is that the tracking details are never provided unless you contact customer service to ask for them. Otherwise, I’d probably buy again. Their prices are competitive.”

“The product arrived in good time. Unfortunately, despite the bottle having a lock on the trigger, this was not applied and the trigger was depressed within the bubble wrap, making the whole thing very wet on opening.”

“Order came through in good time. Was a little disappointed that the box was damaged, and this would have been prior to posting, as there was plenty of bubble wrap around my order to protect it.”

“No problems with ordering or delivery but packaged terribly in a thin plastic bag. Box is squashed and can no longer give as a gift. Lucky the glass bottle didn’t break”

“Good choice of products, arrived fairly quickly. My only bugbear is that when I went to pay with Apple Pay, it reverted my delivery address to my billing address, without warning. I emailed Justmylook immediately but did not get a reply until a few days later, after the product had been dispatched. As I am on a work placement very far from home, it has been exceptionally frustrating having to get the product over to me in my current location.”
