“There was confusion with dispatch dates and a product I expected to receive on the Saturday didn’t arrive until the Monday. When the product arrived, the bottle of blue shampoo was wrapped in bubble wrap however the package itself was not in a box had no padding inside to protect it. This resulted in all of the bubble wrap being covered in dark blue shampoo. Good job I was wearing dark clothing”

“Bought this burner for the second time as a present after the last being so nice. It was not packaged properly and not in a box, just some bubble wrap. It arrived and I opened it a it was smashed into tiny pieces with small bits of glass now all over my floor. Contacted the chat, they said they would refund or resend but would not send out next day.in that case I took a refund as product was now on sale so repurchased myself. No confirmation regarding my refund. Product should of been packaged in a box with the bubble wrap considering it is glass and arriving my royal mail. Missed the birthday gift!”

“Just my look is my favourite website to order my face products from, plus all my daughters do too. Only thing I find is we never receive a free gift were I normally use to from other websites I use to use or always had a £5 voucher off.”

“Whilst my purchase in my opinion is a good product and was acgoodcprice that included postage, I was disappointed that there was the container was broken, there was a hole in the base which considering the product had been well wrapped in bubble wrap it must have been packaged broken which is not really acceptable. I did still have my container from a previous product so just transferred it.”

“Hi, the website and ordering process was simple and easy. The item arrived fast. This item was ordered for a gift for my partner. Something I do every year as she loves these calendars. Sadly this one seems to be a little battered. The box has been knocked around in a fair few places. It has a few dents and scuffs in the cardboard. It won’t stop me buying from you agsin but I think you should be aware so you can check your processes of packing but also stock quality before it’s sent. Thanks”
