“sent email sadly no reply the shampoos had far to much tape round not just on tops but all round, took off written on back when taken off and very sticky. await reply. KIND REGARDS ROZ.”

“Updates: JML received my returned item on the 15th Jan. Now it's a waiting game Just to be on the safe side because of the negative reviews, which all seem to be about communication and time length to get complaints/returns sorted, I contacted paypal at the time of my 1st review. JML have until the 1st of Feb to sort things out before I escalate my complaint for a refund, via paypal. I feel that 3 weeks is plenty of time for this to have been resolved. ***************** I have been given a returns form to send back the incorrect product. A 24 hour wait for a reply to my email, so no complaining here! I have to send the product back before they'll send out what I actually ordered but that's fair. I've made sure to package it back up in the original packaging it came in so that it is as secure and as well padded as it was when I received it. I'm glad the good reviews are proving to be true. Fingers crossed I dont have to wait too long for my original order and all goes smoothly with the return. :) ******************* I felt I should write a review while my query is pending as I've read several awful reviews on here, but the good ones give me hope. I have been sent out the wrong product, so not good, however the actual service I've received from ordering, to info emails, to receiving the (wrong)product has been really good! Excellent in fact. Despite covid messing up postal deliveries my order (even though the wrong thing) was ordered on Wed 6th and was out for delivery by Fri, I received it this morning (Mon 11th). Everyone makes mistakes which is why I'm happy to give a good review on the service I've recieved so far, as it has been really quick and professional! How it's dealt with from here though, I'll update as and when I hear back from JML. So, a 5star review should really be a 1star, however, taking into account the quick and efficient service I've given a 3*. It could go either way really couldn't it. 1 or 5... :)”

“Well packaged but I assumed the 48 hour Royal Mail delivery option would mean receiving it 48 hours later - the item took 4 days to be dispatched. Other than that, all fine and thank you.”

“It worked to an extent. It didn't really remove the skin on the harder areas like on the sole of foot where some cracks are and more drier areas. Won't buy this again. Don't recommend for dry feet”

“I ordered 3 items in 1st of January. The Royal Mail Tracking showed, that I received these items on 11th of January, however I received these on 15th. The customer service doesn't replied for my 2 email,so I'm unstatisfied, but the The Ordinary product is perfect!”

“The serum is a bit thick and kind of darken my complexion but it gets better later. However, it soften the skin and the texture. But still waiting on a big result that’s why I’ve rated it 3”

“Great product and great delivery got on time even leaving so late to order for Christmas and getting it before Christmas was fantastic. Had to return product however and received a partial refund and also had to arrange and pay for returns myself.”
