“Good product and free postage a bonus accept poor delivery waited nearly 2 weeks for item not within delivery window of the order.. customer service could be improved too simple contact to customer explaining before we contact them giving heads up would be handy instead of leaving for days before any contact”

“On the whole very good , i’ve been finding it very difficult to get my eyebrow dye so to find this from Justmylook was great , I would just say that the packaging for delivery could be better , my packages came somewhat battered but still usable . Thanks”

“I received the products a lot later than I was expecting. It was incredibly frustrating not to be able to call and speak to someone about this . I emailed but it took a long time to get a reply. The products were a birthday gift, but they arrived too late .”

“Product was exactly as expected but due to the Royal Mail it was not delivered for 10 days even though it was sold based on 48hr tracked. Justmylook responded after complaining on Facebook but did not reply to emails.”

“Took ages for the parcel to arrive but the foot soaks i have had before and know they are good. Only rated three because any company that can send out requests for a review on Christmas Day goes down in my estimation. 😂. Product good”
