“I was happy with the products received and shipping was in good time but the large plastic pot of osmo hair treatment I ordered was smashed inside the parcel. It leaked all over the inside of the parcel and I list a fair bit of it. So happy with the product, not happy with the couriers handling of it.”

“Web site, choice and payment are very good. Tea when received was excellent would recommended. Delivery was later than it should have been and tried to contact company. No telephone number and still awaiting response to email so feel this side of business needs major attention. Such a shame as everything else if fab.”

“Product was good, as expected. Though I ordered two pump nozzles with shampoo and I got different types of pumps so they don’t look the same on the bottle. Also it was marketed as coming with a ‘free gift’ and it didn’t.”

“The shampoo was not a kerastase product. I have used the product before and the shampoo smelt very different. The other products were genuine products. The kneck of the kerastase shampoo bottle also split in half, making it easy for you to fill the kerastase bottle with another shampoo. I was extremely upset and disappointed that the shampoo product was not kerastase, I purchased from your site with confidence your products were genuin, and that was not the case. I will not be purchasing from you in the future and will not recommend your products.Professionals also agreed that the shampoo was not kerastase. Your a criminal to do that to me”

“Been sent the wrong item - I paid for a 1000ml Joico conditioner and was sent a 250ml. I’m heavily pregnant and been unwell and haven’t been able to return the 250ml straight away. I feel like I have to do all the chasing when it’s not a fault of mine- I did offer to pay for the 250ml as well to save me going to a post office due to not being well however this can’t be done and the 1000ml conditioner that i originally ordered won’t be released until i return the 250ml.”

“I never write reviews but Kerastase serum arrived with the plastic cap on the top broken and falling off. It doesn't close properly and it opens itself. That's a bit disappointing!”

“Goods came quick and well packaged but don’t provide a return slip, you have to email them for an address and write a note with details! Having to pay for p&p should be stated when placing the order!”
