“Items not received - tracking shows items have been at depot for ten days. Contacted the delivery company who advised they need contact from shipper however lack of response from Justmylook. Ordered from elsewhere but still chasing to get a refund on my order. Wouldn’t shop with again.”

“Purchased 3 bottles of the flowerbomb perfume and only received 2 was told the third bottle was delivered in with the two this was not the case. Was told delivery was completed and process in packing were followed. I was told that my missing bottle would not be sent out and no refund would be made. I have purchased from this site numerous times with no problems but now I would not Purchase anything from them again. Feel completely robbed by this company. When you think somthing is a good deal and then they take your money and do not send you the products and keep your money. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Will advise people not to purchase from this company.”
