“My order took a long while to arrive, but that was Royal Mail's fault as they sent it to Brighton by mistake! Otherwise everything was fine apart from the perfume's box being a bit dented. As it was for me this didn't matter but would have been a problem if I was giving it as a gift”

“I ordered for the first time a few weeks ago, checkout was a nightmare as payment wouldn't go through and had to use different devices (on app) Product missing from the delivery and due to the checkout constantly glitching, other things disappeared from my order that were in offers (eg 3 for 2) Contacted live chat same day as soon as I noticed the missing part of my order and have heard nothing in 15 days. When the delivery arrived one item was also missing that I had paid for, then got an email to ask for a review and at the bottom of it was a customer service email. I sent a message explaining and got an instant ai response telling me I was wrong and that it was in my delivery... Prices were good, app was a nightmare, but support seems awful if you have a problem. Hopefully I will get a reply from a person and be able to resolve the issue asap.”

“The hair spray would have arrived in time but I wasn't given a date of delivery so I had to go collect it from a news agents shop which was annoying and time consuming. If I had been given a date and time this would not have happened.”
