“Said next day delivery, took a week. Asked where my order was on 2 different occasions and you couldn't tell me. Only gave me an update after I received it, to tell me its been dispatched. Doesn't seem to me like the people who delt with me care about customer service, like it says on your website”

“I received my parcel on the 13th January. I had ordered four items, one of the items was missing out of its packaging. I contacted customer service thinking this would be straightforward and they would send me a replacement. Instead I have had 1 response to say the item was packed in the packaging and have received no apology in nearly two weeks. As a returning customer and someone who's job is heavily customer focused, I find this level of service absolutely unacceptable.”

“I will never order from this company again. I ordered a styling brush and obviously I had to open it to try it. Once opened the brush took an age to charge. It didn't hold it's charge. It didn't not smooth my hair. I kept hitting the off button as it is in such an awkward position on the handle. I had to pay to return the brush to be told I could not return it as it had been used !!! If I hadn't opened it and tried it, how would I know if it was any good ????”
