“Purchased 3 bottles of the flowerbomb perfume and only received 2 was told the third bottle was delivered in with the two this was not the case. Was told delivery was completed and process in packing were followed. I was told that my missing bottle would not be sent out and no refund would be made. I have purchased from this site numerous times with no problems but now I would not Purchase anything from them again. Feel completely robbed by this company. When you think somthing is a good deal and then they take your money and do not send you the products and keep your money. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Will advise people not to purchase from this company.”

“I have been waiting to hear about my missing item over a week but there's no way to contact them easily. My product have ran out and I have to order it from other website while wait for them to reply. I hope I can get refund or replacement soon.”

“My first experience buying with Just My Look was not very good, i tried 3 trimes to make purchase but they cancelled the transactions and i received emails saying the transactions had been flagged up as fraudulent. Tried with 2 cards which i have never had problems with, anyway as the items i wanted were a good price i just tried paying through paypal, that went through no problem and i received the items, i contacted customer service to ask why the first three attempts to purchase came back as fraudulent transactions, the explaination was that as i was a firt time buyer the value of what i wanted was high and that was the reason for the cancellations. I think the wording for reason why transactions were cancellled should be changed as trying to buy something with my own cards is not fraud or fraudulent. On a plus side i have made another purchase using paypal payment method with no issues, odered one day delivered the next so all good now, i would recommend this seller 👍”
