“Absolutely shocking ordered Estée Lauder foundation didn't even open the bottle just held it up to my original bottle that I already had at home. The colour was completely different. I sent a mail and explained this and was told that sometimes colours can vary which I fully understand but this was a total different colour. I returned it I never took the lid off and then got an email from them saying it couldn't be refunded because it be opened. I feel really ripped off.”

“Awful experience all round, rude customer service agent, dusty / dirty products all round. Ordered a premium oil sunscreen that came separated which you could see when packing, unsure why it was sent out”

“Pleased with overall ordering and products purchased, amazing deals and quality. However disappointed with thier chosen delivery method and company used. Paid for 24 hours delivery, however did not receive that service on one of my orders. I did complain, they failed to listen or actually read my complaint. After a few exchanges in emails. I gave up!”
