“Horrendous customer service. Ordered a fragrance on 14 January and still haven’t received it as of 26 January. No response to my complaint beyond an automated AI message, and no way to speak to a real person. I’ve had to go through my bank to resolve it. Completely unacceptable. Do not buy from them.”
