“They breached the Consumer Rights Act. My parcel was not delivered and a photo was sent of it left where there were *explicit* DO NOT LEAVE PARCELS signs. Inevitably; stolen. I raised a complaint as sadly the customer cannot raise a case with Royal Mail. And this is in line with the legislation too - it is the sellers responsibility if they chose the delivery company and no specific instruction to leave somewhere. They have refused to act in line with the CRA. I asked for escalation but seemingly this is company policy; not a misguided staff member. Whilst it is only a civil tort, not a criminal offence of course; it does still have impact on those who suffer - and they are willingly defying the legislation and in turn, not fulfilling their obligations under the contracts with their customers. Companies like this are the reason that such legislation exists. And if they treat it with disregard, we as customers should also do so. I await the inevitable “inbox me hun xx” from their support team - followed by the “computer says no” from their team I guess. Sadly it’ll take small claims action after the 30 days prescribed by the CRA to get my money back I guess…”

“I am unhappy about my shopping experience with Just my look. I had an item missing from my order and was sent the wrong item instead. I am now in an unhelpful loop with Customer services that has gone on for days. I was asked to return the incorrect item, which I have done. The wrong item is worth £2.24 and is probably less than the postage it has cost the company for the return. I had to return in a post box as I was unable to get to a post office quickly, so I don’t have a postal receipt. And I still don’t have the item I paid for well over a week ago. I’d be reluctant to order from this company again.”
