“I would never order from this company again customer service was dreadful, I ordered some curling tongs but by mistake I ordered the wrong size when I sent them back they told me how I had used them , they were sealed in their box. I sent them but the next day.I would rather order from Amazon or eBay they’re so good at taking things back”

“I still haven't received my item, it's now nearly 2 weeks late. Customer service are unresponsive and not particularly helpful at present, I've been waiting 5 days and I'm yet to receive any actual guidance about what is going on. Poor first experience unfortunately.”
