“Inital purchase and delivery was fine. Prices were about right also. My problem is with your non existing customer service! I'd ordered a fragrance and when l open the box, which was wrapped and sealed. The atomiser had been sheered off to top of the bottle. Meaning l can't use it! As the breakage is flush with the top of the bottle. I've contacted your customer service team on a number of platforms and include photos. I also offered to return the item at your cost as it was broken when l got the item. All I've received is complete radio silence. This was not my first purchase from your company. But it will be my last if this is not resolved.”

“I ordered perfume on Monday lunchtime it said would receive in 2 days which would of been perfect as it was for my granddaughter birthday on Friday it finally arrived late Friday afternoon so she didn't get it till Friday evening there was no feedback I had to contact you”

“My parcel was sent back to Justmylook by the delivery company because the address I had supplied was mistakenly incomplete. I contacted Justmy look and they were marvellous from start to finish, keeping me informed, asking me how I wanted to progress and resending the package. Thank you to Rosei.
