“lie about the delivery time. total absence of customer service. only didpatched after I claimed the money back through PayPal. obviously I released the payment when it finally arrived. but it came 3 days AFTER the event I needed it for. now I got two items with very fast expiration after opening while I got no ways to use that many masks on myself alone”

“Awful so far, but I will amend this review if/when they finally fix things!! My order arrived with bottles all smashed and oil all over the other two items, which were meant to be gifts and the boxes are ruined. I sent them pics as soon as it arrived, I emailed etc and last I heard they were still looking into it. My order was ruined, I've provided the evidence, so my refund shd be instant. Not impressed at all.”
