“I bought the Remington Shine Therapy Wide Straighteners. They arrived very quickly & very well packaged. Having searched the Internet this was the best deal at my time of purchase. The straighteners are perfect. They have different heat settings and work just as well as my old wide plate GHD's which were much more expensive. Im really impressed and my hair has never been so soft, straight & shiny.”

“First time ordering and last. There was an offer on if using the app to get a free gift if you spent over £70 which I did.Signed up on app, added the promotional code and checked out. Said the offer was valid but not applied. Contacted customer service within 2 mins of placing order and they said nothing they could do. They wouldn't send the gift with my purchase and wouldn't assist whatsoever. Product I ordered was fine but customer service and help doesn't exist”
