“My 2nd order , 1st was great and delivered in time for Christmas , easy to order and order, My 2nd order was incorrect address added in error so have contacted Justmylook to correct the address So hopefully been amended . Other wise a really good company”

“Received order 3 weeks after original confirmed delivery date. One of the sets was missing some products. Was requested to provide feedback/survey for teams assistance as well reviews for products that I hadn't received. Online customer service very poor. All in all a COMPLETE SHAMBLES. Had to repurchase order from a reputable high street walkin store as order was for Christmas gifts. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, as they said. So yes I was conned, so hopefully this review will help some of you too.”
