“I bought a hair styler thinking it was a hot brush. Upon receiving it, I found it was noisy so returned it at my cost. The refund was refused because ' hygiene sealed cable twist tie was resealed' so according to them I had used the styler. I have never known a cable twist to be sealed and neither has the manufacturer. However they will not refund my money. Do not do business with them unless you are sure you will keep the product”

“I ordered 3 items, only 2 were in the box. The box was not big enough to accommodate the missing item - a point I made clear but was completely ignored. It appears Just My Look wont accept they ever make mistakes - have a read of other negative comments What followed was appaling customer support and care - I wasted countless hours trying to resolve. In the end I had to escalate to my credit card company to resolve. My advice to anyone buying from them is to video opening the box - in my case I wont ever be buying from them again, no matter how good a price it may appear to be. It was a dreadful experience”

“Absolutely love JUSTMYLOOK! Usually has my items in stock, if you don't I can get them soon. Great prices which I love, have to watch those pennies!! Items always come well packed and normally arrives in a few days (using standard delivery). I would highly recommend and have done so.”
