“Product arrived promptly, has a toffee smell which is nice but unusual for a hair product, I chose it because of the panthenol ingredient, I've only just started to use it but already has made a difference, I would definitely recommend this product.”

“I’ve ordered from Just My Look several times and have never had any issues. Ordering is always quick and easy, and delivery has been reliable every time. I’ve recommended the site to others and they’ve all been really happy with their experience too. They also have great deals throughout the year, not just during Black Friday or Christmas, which is a big plus. Definitely a website I trust and will keep using.I’d love to see the website expand in the future to include more makeup brands, similar to those available at Sephora or Cult Beauty.”

“An item is missing and despite making contact numerous times its still not arrived. JML only got back to me once after I made numerous contacts say it will be sent soo but been over a week and it hasn't arrived, it's a xmas present and I have had to buy another one now. After some digging I found out JML do this to a lot of customers and have £100s during xmas time and not delivered”
