“Bought some perfume for my Son (for his girlfriend) after reading many positive reviews on Trustpilot for JustMyLook and had absolutely no issues at all with my order. Royal Mail were 1 day late with delivery but that’s not JML fault. All a quick smooth process over all - happy customer & would def recommend :)”

“This was my first time ordering from JustMyLook, and unfortunately the experience was quite stressful. I completed my order and decided to cancel it shortly after. I contacted customer service right away, but the response time was very slow and inefficient. After waiting a long time without clear support, I decided to keep the products and contacted them again to ask about the delivery, as I had been told that a cancellation request was not guaranteed. For a while, the order was neither cancelled nor shipped, and I received no clear updates. Only later did someone from support finally provide a tracking number. On the positive side, the prices are good and the products arrived well packaged. However, the delivery took much longer than expected, and the customer service definitely needs significant improvement. Overall, a disappointing first experience.”

“This was the worst experience and the worst place I’ve ever bought anything from. It was my first and definitely my last time purchasing from them. I bought a perfume as a gift, but my partner already had the same one, so I needed to return it. I sent it back exactly as I received it, untouched. However, they refused the return, claiming it was unsealed—even though that’s how it arrived to me. Their customer service is very poor: responses are extremely slow, and they ignore customers. I would not recommend buying from them. Very very poor website”
