“My parcel arrived damaged, and still over a week later I'm still waiting to hear if I'm getting a replacement. Sadly not great customer service. The problem has been resolved and my order resent, but it took too many emails backwards and forwards before it was resolved and my first email had been very specific about the problem and how I would like it resolved. It doesn't take much for a customer service advisor to read back through email history. It would also deal with complaints quicker. I hope my parcel arrives undamaged on Monday!”

“The products are as expected. Although they are a gift for Christmas so can’t comment on quality. However delivery was supposed to be within 48 hours and they took over a week to arrive so probably wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something quickly.”

“Love the smell of the products I purchased but the detangling spray has little effect and I find it just as difficult combing through my hair as I would using no product. The hello curls spray is nice and does keep the curls in but it feels like there is a residue left on my hair. Unfortunately I wasn’t as impressed as I’d hoped and wish there had been some trial size products that I could have bought first.”
